Cardoso and Associates, S.C. was founded on March 21st, 1963 with
the purpose of integrating a group of certified public accountants of
different specialties and also profesionals of diverse disiplines that
dedicated their efforts to offer integrated services inherant to the
exercise of public accounting and business consulting. |

The
directors have accumulated experience of over three decades of profesional
work in different specialized areas and is composed of seven partners. |
The managing directors of auditing, taxes and projects as well as the supervisors and managers of auditing have degrees in accounting, business administration, administrative computer systems and engineering and they have ample experience in each of their different specialties. The technical support personnel is made up of auditors junior and senior, assistants and students in accounting and management. The professional-technical personnel of the firm is made up of more than one hundred members who are moved toward excelance in service based on constant preparation and a commitment to an attitude focused on the satisfaction of our clients. In accordance with policies and considering that the success of a consulting firm depends on profesional and human quality of its members, all technical-professional personnel is subject to a constant training and updating program in each of their areas of endevor and exceeds the requirements of continuing education as determined by corresponding universities. The professional services offered by the firm are, essentially personalized, which is why the relationship with clients is characterized by attentive and quick treatment of their specific needs. As a result of this attitude, the work done by the firm promotes the a closeness with the highest director levels of the client company and in this way, the work done, has a focus more on prevention than correction, which translates in the improvement of operations in the organizations. The foregoing
has resulted in contracting integral services that include consultancy,
supercision, and auditing, which guarantees that the professional
relationship is maintained during the entire year and not just during
the close of the fiscal year. This strategy has made it possible to
know in advance the evolution of the companies by the professional
peersonnel of the firm and, in such cases as needed, the implementaion
of measures oriented toward the improvement of productivity. |
